R. Douda

In 2013, Rita decided to transfer from Wayne State in order to immerse herself in the world-renown academia of the University of Michigan.  Curious about both the human body and psyche, she has an avid interest in research and will graduate with a BS in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience in 2015. In the future, she wants to pursue a career in human medicine or in research related to human health improvement.

When not pushing her limits in the lab, she is pushing her limits in heavy weight lifting, which is her passion. She is also an enthusiastic traveler on a college student's budget. In her spare time, Rita enjoys planning future trips around the world in her trusty "travel binder," hoping to execute them someday soon.
